Haven't tried spaghetti alle vongole yet? You're missing out...The harvesting of this mollusk, usually done by women and children, is as artisanal as it gets. When the tide goes out, it's collected from the sand. Most of these mollusks are sent from Santa Catarina to the rest of the country.

pequeno mas com muita explosão
com certeza esta entre os meus top five pratos da vida. Spaguetti ao vongole com missô. O único probleminha é que quando tem maré vermelha, que é uma alga toxica, eles não podem ser consumidos.
