Iguaria do mar.

Eu fiz um sargo desse na crosta de Sal Grosso. Deixa o peixe com escama e so tira a barrigada. Faz uma cama de sal grosso, coloca o peixe na travessa e sobre de sal grosso. Tem que ficar totalmente coberto. Bota no forno e so esperar o tempo certo. Vai depender do tamanho do peixe. Fica maravilhoso!
