General information

General characteristics

Being a carnivore, it performs poorly in commercial farming. Most of the specimens found in grocery aisles come from commercial fishing. Due to its appreciation in cuisine and with a view to protecting natural stocks, its capture is prohibited in the states of MT and MS.
