Excelente na brasa ou teppan
A Anchova possui a carne um pouco mais escura e é macia. Muito saborosa quando assada na brasa ou no teppan japonês. Para ceviche, filé ou sashimi não recomendo.

Small fish (up to 40 cm) but very abundant in the seas. In several regions of the world, these species support large fisheries. The best known is the Peruvian and Chilean anchoveta, from which twelve million tons have been caught.
