About Bruno

Working in the fields of fishing, aquaculture, and gastronomy, I have sought a unique fusion of technical knowledge and a passion for sustainability and seafood cuisine. I graduated with a degree in Engineering (2001-2004), and in pursuit of further knowledge, I enrolled in a postgraduate program in Marine Biology and Oceanography (2008-2009), solidifying my understanding of aquatic ecosystems and marine life.
In my professional career, I have held leadership positions, such as Head of Unit at the Fishing Institute Foundation of the State of Rio de Janeiro (2008-2011) and Coordinator of Marine Fish Farming at the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture of Angra dos Reis (2011-2013).
