1 – Descasque os camarões, se quiser pode deixar a pontinha do rabinho (dá um charme ao prato), faça um pequeno corte na parte inferior do camarão para que ele fique “reto”
2 – Tempere os camarões com sal, pimenta do reino e umas gotas de limão (não exagere no limão, pois ele começa o processo de cocção e altera a textura do camarão)
3 – Enrole os camarões com as fatias de bacon
4 – Coloque nos espetinhos
5 – Faça na frigideira ou na churrasqueira
6 – Lembrem-se, o ponto do camarão é muito particular, mas uma dica para ver se ele está pronto, é observar a mudança na cor, quando ele passa de “transparente” para rosa, ele já está pronto. Sirva com uma geléia de pimenta.
